Dear parents, students and friends,
It’s been more than three months since we have started our great adventure on the internet. Since then, this website has received hundreds of unique visitors and has been viewed by people from many Asian and Western countries.
We have now reached a point where the platform (googlepages) we have been using for the website has become very difficult to use. Due to the great number of pictures and texts that we have uploaded on the website, it has become increasingly difficult for us to update the website regularly. Googlepages is too slow for what we want to do! There are so many more pictures, videos, slideshows and stories that we would like to share with you (and the whole world!), but if we stay on the googlepages platform, we will not be able to do that. And it would be a shame, wouldn’t it?
After analyzing this problem from all possible angles, we have decided that it is in the benefit of our students (and all of our internet friends out there on the World Wide Web) to move to a better platform. This new platform is called blogspot, and it is also available for free from Google.
The main difference between googlepages and blogspot is the fact that on blogspot students will be able to participate in the dynamics of the website by commenting upon anything we post. Blogspot also gives us the possibility of uploading as much information as we like, while googlepages had a certain limit (which we haven’t reached, but the amount of information we have, has slowed down our website dramatically).
The switch will bring no changes of content to ladpraobilingualschool.googlepages.com. Everything that has been uploaded until this very moment will stay here. There will be no more updates on this website, with the exception of an occasional maintenance update (maybe once a month).

We are confident that this change will bring the students in Primary 3 into a new stage of their student life at LBS. The new weblog (or blog), called “Einsteins and Bubbles”, will be more interactive. Each Thai and foreign teacher that teaches in P3 Einstein and Bubbles at LBS will have direct access to the blog, and will update it (in Thai or English) every day.
Teacher John will be writing about the subjects he teaches, that is Mathematics, Science, Health, and Physical Education. Respectively, Teacher Mihnea will write about the English, Design & Tech, Art, and Cooking lessons. Teacher Ploy will write about the Thai subjects (Thai and Social) she teaches, while Kru May will write about the Thai Science lessons. Kru Ben and Kru Neng will give us a rundown of what happens in the two classrooms. All the other Thai teachers that teach Primary 3 will be given the opportunity to post their messages of wisdom on our blog.
Trust us, we will make history AGAIN!
